Remote maintenance
Most new systems benefit from integral modems, enabling our engineers to diagnose faults and make changes to your system remotely without the need for us to visit your site. This gives you a faster service response time and also ensures that engineers are on hand for site visits when you really need them. In fact 77% of our service calls are resolved remotely within three and a half hours, showing that it's not always necessary to wait for an engineer visit to solve any problems you may have!
Customer administration software
We can install software onto your system which will give you the ability to make adds, moves and changes yourselves, without the need to call an engineer. The programmes are usually Windows based and are very easy to work with, once we have trained the relevant users within your organisation. This speeds up your administration capability and gives you more flexibility to make changes whenever you need them.
Service Level Agreements
